If there are hours on the same day within the same opportunity in the Merge To user and Merge From user(s), then the hours entries from the Merge From user(s) will be deleted.
If there are accepted applications within the same opportunity in the Merge To user and Merge From user(s), then the application from the Merge From user(s) will be deleted.
If there is a submitted/rejected application in the Merge To user and (an) approved application(s) in the Merge From user(s) within the same opportunity, then the application in the Merge To user will be approved, hours from the Merge From user(s) application(s) will be moved to the Merge To user application, and the Merge from user(s) application(s) will be deleted.
Note: After completion of the merge, all data pertaining to the Merge From user(s) will be deleted from the VMIS system. Their user account(s) will still exist in AFWP SSO, and their AOS Profile(s) will be retained, however. You should be signed out of all Merge From accounts in order to continue.
You cannot merge from a user who is an AFWP Admin or Program Manager. All other VMIS roles in the Merge From user(s) will be transferred to the Merge To user. The responsibilities for those roles will be combined into a single set with no duplicates.
